Went to Prairie City over the weekend to watch my brother ride his dirtbike. We ended up wheeling around the 4x4 park. Its bigger than I remembered.... Had a good time in the mud and dirt and climbed a few rock piles. For $5 bucks its pretty good fun thats close to home. There were lots of stock 4x4's getting stuck thats always amusing.

I usually run over there to test out changes I do to the jeep. There are a couple fun hills, and they made the larger rock garden a little more challenging.

I was dumb enough to run through that pit when my jeep was new. I ruined my soft top windows becuase the fuel in there etched the plastic windows.

I would be willing to bring a lunch an watch people struggle in there. Maybe offer to pull them out for $10.

That sounds like a good idea.
I also tested some stuff out while there. Flexed out my suspension on one of those big tires they have laying around.
I thought I had been bottoming out my shocks on the snow run, but after getting out and looking I can see my rear spring is pretty worn out and was flexing backwards. Only thing holding it up at that point was the u bolts htiing the bumpstop! The shock wasn't even fully compressed. Those things are pretty flat and I have a new set of rear springs to install hopefully that fixes her up and well, I guess I'll just have to get some bumpstops and ditch the double shackle too. 🙂 I'll try to post up some pics tonight if I get a chance.
