Well guys, I have been looking online for a rear bumper. They are priced anywhere between $200 and $1,000.
So I am asking you for your help. The Posse is great for finding great deals on great hardware, so....Where should I look for the best deals?
What I am looking for:
Choice 1: Rear bumper with a 2" receiver and or shackle mounts (for recovery).
Choice 2: Rear bumper with a 2” receiver and or shackle mounts and a swing away tire mount.

A couple brands to consider would be Hanson and RockHard which is the same design as the defunct Jeeperman ( http://www.rockhard4x4parts.co.....umper.html ). Some online shops I've done business with are Redrock4x4 ( http://www.redrock4x4.com/shop/categori ... 7_174.html ) and Northridge4x4 ( http://www.northridge4x4.com/p.....php?cat=16 ).
Also check out Quadratec.com to see a pretty good variety, but shop around if you see something you like. Don't forget 4wd.com and your club discount too.

I ran one of the LOD rear bumpers for a while until I got my Hansen set up. I sold it to Don and it's on his LJ. Great bumper but, I really wanted a Hansen.

same as the $200 places? or $1000 places? 😛
The $200 and $1,000 are pretty much the same price, it just depends on what you want, and what extras you wish to get.
So to answer your question.... the $200 place.... 😛

I actually talked with Bo, his fab guy. Trevor was in Johnson Valley. But supposed to hear something back from him today.

The front bumper went on a lot easier then the rear. Everything lined up for the most part. For this style of bumper it really doesn't stick out very far, especially compared to the pre-runner bumper I had on the EB. There is just enough room to put a winch between the front grill and the tube without having to cut the grill out like some bumpers. I figured it would get me by for a few years until I could get something better looking(plate bumper) or something custom made. If I keep it in good shape I bet I could get close to half my money back on it when the time comes.
The only drawback would be how high the winch mounts. I would prefer it to be down close to the front cross member. I have that tall power plant winch so it blocks my whole front grill / radiator and it actually sticks above the hood. Though on 2 trips to the snow and running around town the 4runner doesn't get any warmer than before I installed the winch.
The prices you have shown are what I paid for the front bumper. I paid $50 less for the rear, but I bought it on one of the sales they had last year.

I looked at the front bumpers from all-pro, but what I didn't care for was that you wouldn't be able to run a winch with internal solenoids without cutting the grill. I knew I was going to be running that style winch and didn't feel like cutting, so my decision was made.
I measured my bumper the other day when I was out in the garage and from the grill to the front of the bumper is 9/12 inches, so that can give you an idea on how far it protrudes.
