Hi: good to see you all last night!
Don't tell my eldest (Addy), but I am buying the Olof's 2018 JLU (color "Mojito," this will be the vehicle's name, we think) tomorrow! Very exciting.
So can you recommend a local shop for basic maintenance? I will do oil changes, battery swaps, the very easy stuff. Beyond that, I would like a smart/reputable shop for this vehicle. It's a few lightyears more advanced than the 1989 K5!
We use Shannon Automotive in Folsom for our Toyota. Is there a local repair shop that we know to be familiar with JLUs? I doubt Shannon is familiar with them.

You can use Shannon, they service a multitude of vehicles and have coupons too. Another place is Natomas Station Automotive over on Plaza Drive. I've also used Midas for much of my Jeep's mod work too (Midas is by Target in Folsom), including some fabrication.
