We are once again going to be manning one of the winch hills at Sierra Trek. It's a fun time and I hope we get a lot of people attending it with us this year. We will having t-shirts made up to wear while we are there. Several of us have worked together to come up with logos for the front and back. We are not sure of the t-shirt colors yet. The shirts will run us right around $10 each (including printing). We want to see if there is enough intrest in ordering these as we'll need to order 50 of them.

The more we order the cheaper they get. I think we need around 50 total to make it cost effective. If we can get at least a loose commitment of around that, I'll get the order in! I think they can do other things at the same time. I'm hoping I can get Ry a onesie.
Shirt color still seems to be up in the air so if you have preferences speak now! I think it looks good on red. Maybe red and blue?

Offline Great job on the logos John! We're in for 6 shirts (3 men's & 3 women's). Will the silk screen be that rubbery kind of stuff? Hopefully not, but we're in regardless.

Offline You're producing too many good things - it's confusing!
I guess the question is how much do we want to emphasize the Sierra Trek portion. If we want to wear these shirts to other things, then, I like the proposal. If we emphasize the ST portion, then the large logo should be the one above. Either way, I don't care, but can we get different color shirts as well? If so, I'd be in for 2 more.
Any word on women's shirts?

Offline That's what I was thinking...I would oeder two shirts with both logos and sveral more shirts with just the club logo. I want to buy my kids a couple of shirts, but I wouldn't want them to be Trek specific.

Offline I wouldn't mind if we dropped the Trek logo and just made them club shirts. They'd be more usable throughout the year and there's nothing wrong with us wearing club shirts at Sierra Trek.

I thought the whole idea of this creating a new logo, was just for the sierra trek, to have a theme with the run. If we are just going to have a posse logo, just use the original one that is already on file with the place in Rancho. And if this is the case, I don’t want any. I will go back to the embroidery logo.

Offline That's why I say we do a big club logo on the back and a small trek logo on the front. We can order some with the Trek logo and some without.

I don't have a problem ordering more shirts at a time especially if it brings our numbers up which brings our costs down. I'm not willing to break down the nickles and dimes for the set up costs since it's already getting a bit complicated. Same price for one or two logos.
With that in mind I'm thinking club big on the back, Sierra Trek small on the front.
Any thoughts on the new LLinch hill logo? 😀 I like it better than the original one.

It looks like we're around 40 shirts. Still need a couple more to make a go of it. If you could have either a one or two logo shirt would it change your number. Also assume that you can get women's shirts, kids shirts, dog clothing, etc.
