I didn't want to muck-up the Triple Trail thread (I'm just nice that way).

I've never run Slick Rock. What's it like?

I know there has been some brew-ha-ha over on Pirate about that trail. I've read old trail write-ups about it and it looked like an easy trail. But, I know trails can change over several years, so has the trail gotten tough?

I used to wheel a lot. . .

Ask me again on Sunday evening. wink

I've never run it, it just looked like a fun addition to the weekend and I like new trails.

I agree. I like discovering new trails, hard or easy, it's just fun to try something new.

I've heard there's only one obstacle where a locker(s) is helpful which the the staircase. The trip reports I've read say you can get up without, you just have to work harder, AND there's a bypass halfway up.

But those reports where written probably 3-7 years ago.

I might have to winch up . . . .

I ran it from south to north and there was only one challenging spot.

going north to south I think it might have required winching.
