We recently had some conversations about which spring lift height had a higher spring rate. I just called Rubicon Express and they say the spring rate on the 5.5 inch is around 242 and the 7.5 inch is around 224. Sorry Fred I forgot to ask about the 3 and 4 inch heights.

I also asked him when can I tell if my springs are warn out? He said that the right side will start to sag first (due to engine torque). He recommended swapping the springs side to side to get the most life before getting new springs. 😐
