PB blaster, and hit it with a torch, then ice it then hit the side with a hammer then try to unthread it.

but watch out as the PB blaster might be flammible.

Sounds like my kind of day though I did get my bump stops welded on and a couple u-bolts replaced, but it was a battle the whole time. I even ended up breaking my vice. My son wanted us to get the tires back on and go for a spin, but by that time I had had enough frustration so we called it a day and came in and had lunch.

Did you try a pickle fork and a BFH?

It's threaded, how's a pickle fork going to help?

I've never seen a TRE threaded into the pitman arm. You'll see threads where you removed the castle nut, but those threads don't go all the way through the pitman arm. Where the TRE goes through the pitman arm it should have a smooth tapered fit.

πŸ˜† We have a failure to comunicate (movie?) πŸ˜†

The TRE is threaded into the drag link, not the pitman arm.

I've heard it from two actors - Gene Hackman and Morgan Freeman.

Who is the actor you are referencing?

I have a little propane torch you can borrow, but for what it would cost in gas to get it to you, you could probably buy one.

Just bring it to my house and you can use my vise, torch, and anti seize for the threads when you put it back together..
