I like the long treadlife and would consider them for my next purchase. The Goodyear's are 1600 a set for me so I'd be very interested if the price were below that amount. While my current set will probably last only 30K miles, they cost me less than $700 for the set new (about 780 total balanced and installed).
If you can forego the LT requirement, the warranty is even higher:
"Pavement is optional with these versatile all-terrain tires. They offer over 40% more treadlife than the leading competitors*, a blatantly aggressive tread design, and a quiet ride. The all-new Open Country A/T II also comes with an industry-leading 65,000-mile warranty and our No Regrets® 45-day, 500-mile trial offer. In addition to our limited warranty, the Open Country A/T II comes with the following treadwear warranty:
P-metric/Metric: 65,000 miles
LT/Flotation: 50,000 miles"

They look like an aggressive street tire. I think tread depth was 16/21 compared to the mt that was 21/32.
I was quoted $1,3xx for 35x12.5x17 at Les Schwab which usually is on the high side but I don't mind paying more for their service.
I was told though, that my size was on back order. They assured me though they could get them soon if I needed them.
Um...what?
