I have had no problems with Atlas and their standing behind their cases. If you have purchased from one of their dealers let them return it or at least let them know who it was purchased from. I know of one person who got a loaner case while theirs was being worked on.

Offline I drove it up to Wfo, the dealer I bought it from, and he said they would take care of it. It's nice having that kind of service. He was on the phone with atlas at time of drop off and identified the problem immediately. The atlas rep new exactly what was wrong like they have dealt with it before. I should have it back in 2 weeks.
