Are you getting any kind of error message?

Check the file size. That's what usually gets me.

no. it just doesnt load. no error and file size is under 2 megs

Try it again when you get a chance. I found a permissions issue and corrected it, but didn't have time to test it myself.

Maybe you should call them. It worked for me. 😀

Looks like it may be a "member" versus "prospect" issue. I set up a test userid and set it to prospect status and posting Alex's photo doesn't work. I get an error message saying "The Attachment/Image must be less than 640 pixels wide and 480 pixels high" near the top of the screen. I had to scroll up to see it. Alex, check to see if you get that message. I'll check into why there's a different limit for prospects.

I found it. Attachments are currently limited to 2 MB and 640 x 480 pixels. Apparently, the administrator is not subject to the limit since I was able to post the picture. Let's try living with the current limit. If it proves to be a big problem we can consider increasing the limit.

so even thought my pic was only 92kb (way under 2 meg) it still wouldnt load because the pixel size is too big for positioning on the forum frames? ill try to crop or resize the pixels.

ok. i resized it to 640x480 and saved it. it made the file size even smaller at 68kb so here it goes............
