From reading the incident reports, it seems most of the bear attacks take place in the L.A. area or Big Bear area. Those danged gang-banging, inner-city bears are getting out of hand. But, they are easy to identify by their dark blue ball caps with a big orange "C" on it.

I think it's exactly the opposite. The bears are helping to control the gang-banging, inner-city people. 8) More power to them!!! Support your right to arm bears!
