I believe we are coming close to our Cal4Wheel membership submittal.
Is there any interest in participating (this is a voluntary effort)? Joe currently helps out in this area and I believe we are due in June so if you're interested, please post back here and we'll need to get the $45 in anual dues to him or myself. Club membership in Cal4Wheel enables us to continue maintaining our information in the club section of their publication. We seem to get lots of referrals from that source. Also, we are eligable for grants to support our fall maintenance run if we chose to follow up with that option.
Is there any interest?

I have renewed my personal membership. The organization is not perfect but it does fight for a common cause we all support. 4x4! I vote that the club renews it's membership.

Thanks josh for the support. The membership works a little different. Members from the club choose to renew as a proxy for the club. Those people doing this keep the club in the CA4WD registry. I believe there were six or so members choosing to support them.
Joe is very busy right now and he has the list and relaed renewal information, so we'll need to bring 45 to the meeting for the renewal.

I'm in! I don't necessarily agree with all of their decisions regarding the El Dorado National Forest lawsuit, however they are our legal representation as "interveners" and therefore need our support.

Does Jeff have the renewal info? I guess we need to first know who holds the magic package!
There should be a form where we can add existing CA4WD members to our club list. Everyone who isn't on the current club registry would need to provide their CA4WD number, and some mailing address info to go along with the $45.
