I found some older topics about this, but was uncertain if I should have bumped them, hence this location was the other option. However, please do feel free to merge with already appropriate thread topic though.
I'm planning to meet this optional bylaw:
Prospective Members
3. An individual or family shall be required to pay the annual $20 club membership fee in order to be considered an official prospect and will then be allowed to view the member website forums.
I'd like to make that a bit more official. 😀 Maybe others might find this useful info as how do the funds get received? Check, Mail, Paypal, at a meeting, at a run, etc.?

Offline Check or cash to the secratary or president. You can usually pay at a meeting, but you could also pay at the toy run or Christmas party.
