We've talked a couple times at club meetings regarding getting our waiver storage organized with electronic copies so we have them easily stored. I reviewed the list of waivers we have electronically and it is pretty small, so lets try and get some updated ones. I checked all club members on the site and for the list of members below we do not have electronic copies of their wavers, and I am at the top of that list (I am sure all these folks filled them out at one point but we can't find them) 
Below is a link to the waiver on our web site, if you want to fill one out and bring it to a meeting, I will scan them in and get us all stored. Otherwise we will have them available at the meetings to fill out.

Not really necessary for us...
This will probably be our last year with the Posse.
We haven't really been into wheeling for the last couple of years.
We plan on finishing off the year with the Toy Run and Christmas party.
20 years was a good run and we have so many great memories, but it's probably time to make room for another new member.

Thats unfortunate John, but I completely understand! Another option, we do have provisions for Associate Members in the bylaws which as I read it would allow you to still join in on club only events, would still be good to see you two at the Christmas parties

is broken at the thought of ya'll not being around. You may not wheel much anymore but it's always good to see you guys at the (occasional ha) meetings and events. You have always been such a part of this group! Even though you might not have made it around often, we always knew ya'll were there. Please, don't be strangers. You will be deeply missed!

Thanks. After 20 years, it's just time... we made it longer than most I'd say.
We haven't been very active the last couple of years and we always seem to find ourselves busy during the required maintenance runs.
