If the forum times are off by an hour for you, go into your profile by clicking "User Control Panel" below the logo at the top of the screen. Then click on the Board Preferences tab. For those of us in the Pacific time zone you should set your timezone to "UTC-8 Pacific Standard Time" and set "Summer Time/DST in effect" to "yes".

You can confirm you've got the correct settings by looking at the current time below the User Control Panel on the main forum page.
