Is there such thing as a booster that'll help improve FM radio reception is a cheap desk radio? My desk at work is in a bit of a hole and I've got to have something to listen to. I'm going to go nuts if I have to keep listening to "soft mountain hits of the 80s, 90s, and today" or mariachi music.
The other option is a decent, low bandwidth internet radio station. Got any suggestions on something I can fly below the IS radar?

What about XM or Sirius? You should be able to list at your desk with the newer systems.
How about an MP3 player with a ton of songs? WOOT usually has 4GB players for about $50 (referbished). I use an 8GB player at my work. I have about 400 songs, and just shuffle them all day. I even leave the player on continuously and turn the volume down when I leave. It's on 24/7 and has been for a year without any problems.
I use XM in my garage at home. The unit can record live content, and also accept MP3's via micro SD card? I have an extra unit at home, I'd sell for $30. I can give you a car kit and even show you where to get the home kit for cheap. One unit for everything (it's even portable) is pretty nice.

Geez...you guys and your technology. 😀 Kelly has an MP3 player. The only one I have is a couple of years old and isn't real user friendly by any standards. Maybe I'll just throw a decent sized memory card in it and bring it to work.
I don't really have any interest in the whole satellite radio thing. I'd rather spend my dough paying to download music which I would never do illegally becuase that makes you a bad person. 😀
Alex, you want me to have a talk with Heidi? Have the baby already!
