All kidding aside...Obama's tax cut/hike was set at 250,000 a year. Everybody felt it was great because it didn't effect them. Then he dropped it to 200,00 a year. A little closer to home. Then Biden dropped it to 150,000 a year. That's going to hit some of us. Now, the New Mexico Governor has dropped it to 100,000 a year. That is hitting home. Now I saw an Obama Representative saying we shouldn't worry about it because the "Middle Class" are people making 45,000 a year.

Offline On the bright side...If Obama's plan goes through...I may be able to sit at home, watch Oprah, and make just as much as I did going to work 😀

Offline That gave me a headache...let me sum it up for you...McCain will keep the tax cuts and Obama will raise taxes (at what ammount and at what houshold income level is still to be determined).

In order to pay for the bailouts they'll both have to raise taxes. Either that or the treasury will continue to print more money and the dollar will continue to fall. We've dug a heck of a hole.
I hate elections. They make the board suck. 😀

Ahhhhh...I can't leave well enough alone. 
McCain's too clever to raise taxes, but his plan is start taxing health premiums which means you'll show a higher income (especially teachers with good coverage). More income = more taxes last time I checked. Sounds like higher taxes to me, but I'm not so bright.
