There's an old Cruiser for sale on my way to and from work. Yesterday I had to stop to see how much it was. Now all I can think about is...if I sell the 4Runner will I have enough left over to buy the Cruiser and build it. lol Unfortunately, the answer keeps coming up no. 🙁

Could also sell your donor truck too, or would you still need that for the cruiser?

You could get it as a father-son project. Just think of all the bonding you two could do working on the cruiser. :hack:

Trust me...I know I want to, but they want 4k for the cruiser. The 4Runner is worth...I don't know...maybe 6-7k in this market? Doesn't leave me much to work with. The Ford would be a donor vehicle! A Cruiser with a big block and 1 ton running gear would be sweet but then I'd need another work truck.

You already have a good wheeling rig and how often do you use it? You have already owned a Cruzer and ask yourself how much maintenance it was to keep it running? You can keep your runner up and going for little money. Invest the money in a 14bolt, front 60 and a motor. It will still be cheaper than getting a Cruzer up and running. If you ask me, the 4Runner is a lot safer to have if you intend on taking your kids. All you need to do is widen the stance to make it less top heavy.

lol A guy can dream can't he? I'm just never satisfied with the rig I've got. The 4Runner is dented so I look like a dirtbag.

If dented rigs make you a dirtbag, I'm in that club too! But seriously, who's going to wheel and never get any battle scars. Dents are a badge of glory.

I recently smashed up my driver fender and it will be replaced, but the little scrapes and dings onthe side why fix em? I'll just get more.

It's either that of a Lexus and a stick up your rear.

I am not sure you are still in the dirt bag category with all the dents you have. I think we need to come up with a new category for you 😈
