Hey everyone been awhile!
my Jeep has been at the dealer (Thompsons) since September 1st. The o2 sensor will not go to ready status for smog. The dealer has replaced my pcm and all o2 sensors. Driven thousands of miles.
The dealer/ corporate is now using the excuse as the gears and tires are the reason the o2 sensor is not running. Outside of replacing the axles with stock axles I’m running out of options.
Parameters are not being met due to the “rpm’s”
Thousands of us jeepers/ off roaders have gears and tires.
does anyone have any advice?
Should mention Jeep only has 38k miles on it.

It took me forever to get mine to clear too.
They told me to keep the gas at around half a tank and drive all these crazy idles and speeds.
I finally got frustrated and ran it low on gas and that did the trick... Good luck, it's a pain.
I used to wheel a lot. . .

I had a similar problem the dealer told me pretty much the same thing. They changed all the O2 sensors, all the Cats and the resonator so pretty much the entire exaust system. Then I had to replcae ECM/TCM and that did the trick. Now my Jeep is quite a bit simmpler than a modern jeep.

Yeah unfortunately the pcm didn’t help. Going to try to find a stock JL rear axle with 3.45 gears.

You've already replaced the PCM, which would be my first suggestion (though an expensive one). That is what fixed mine. Also, I drove around backroads in the Loomis area in the 35-45 MPH range for 3 hours and it sent the test to green.
