I'll see what I can track down.

It doesn't look good for me making the meeting. Please let folks know that if they want shirts I need to know by June 15. I'll finalize prices at that point and we'll go from there.

So here's the order totals. t-shirts worked out to be $12.55 (including tax) each unless they were XXL or larger. If you have any questions or your number doesn't look right, let me know and I will provide the details.

John - $54.57
Larry - $79.68
Brad - $42.02
Joe - $57.32
Sue - $93.28
Fred & Teddi - $90.00
Lee - $25.10
Don - $46.95
Pat - $62.76

For folks that want them before the Trek, how does Thursday in Colfax, or Weimar, or Auburn, or Newcastle, or Penryn (see the 80 theme) look? 😀

Thanks Keane. I'll make sure you get the money, either on Thursday or at Trek.

I used to wheel a lot. . .

Best I can do. Work weeks have turned into 50+ hours since we're cutting our consultants, we still haven't finalized our contract, and I'm working on a model so we can finish an EIR for a project that's been around for something like 3 or 4 years. I'd rather be doing that than looking at layoffs though. Just a lot going on.

Ha! I'm lame. rasta I couldn't figure out why no one took me up on that! lol lol lol I meant to type Tuesday. lol Either way, the shirts didn't ship today so I can't do Tuesday. I'll wash shirts (or beg Kelly to) for Fred, Lee, Brad (others?) and bring everything else to Trek.

EDIT: I would be willing to meet folks on 80 on Thursday. Say Truckee at 10? 😀

I'm not planning to stop and eat. I'll need the time to get in to camp once I'm on the dirt road. I'll be traveling pretty slow over the washboard road surface at that point.

That is definitely one advantage of traveling in a motorhome. Teddi likes being able to go back to the bathroom any time she wants too.

I'm not going to eat either. I'm guessing you'll catch us like you did last year. 😀

Can it wait one week?
Since the meetings just a week later, just bring the receipts with you and Kat will cut you a check. She brings the club checkbook to all the meetings.

"Bender" wrote: As far as I know only John and Joe had shirts that were screwed up and need to be replaced. Carrie ended up with a hole in one of hers but it was the free one she won in the raffle and they mentioned that some of those had problems so I'm not going to ask for a replacement. If there are other problems, let me know ASAP.

I've got a question for you. The original post in this topic says the logo on the back was suppose to be a large Posse logo and the one on the front was a small Trek logo. Did the company screw up all the shirts? I was expecting the Posse logo on the back and that's why we ordered Teddi's sweatshirt and my green t-shirt with just the rear logo. If they screwed up I'd like to at least have Teddi's sweatshirt and my green t-shirt replaced. If it was a mistake on our part I can live with things as they are.

Thanks for all your work on coordinating the shirt purchase.

I've asked about the logos. I'm really not sure what to do about them. I'll let you know what they say. This has really turned into a huge pain. If I can't get them fixed or get a refund, I'll pay you back.

Poor Keane's getting wrung out over this. I doubt he'll ever volunteer to do anything like this again lol

Keane, I can care less...replace, refund, pound sand...whatever happens, I had fun wearing them.

Really I'm not trying to be hard on you. If it was my mistake or yours or any other Posse member I'm fine with things the way they are. But if it was their mistake and it's not too much trouble for you I wouldn't mind a replacement. (Edit: Just for the extra stuff I ordered - the red and brown shirts are fine the way they are.)

I thought we looked great in the red shirts. It was nice having our shirts coordinated and made us all look like a team.
