Mine is red/black, includes competition compound tires, steel beadlocks (weighted) and upgraded shocks (came with the kit).
The RC cost me $400 when I bought it. It is still brand new. Yes, I'll be selling it for a lot less than new, but it won't be super cheap. Probably $250.
Here's a bind-n-drive version, but it's the same colors as mine. My steel rock rings are gray, not red plastic like you see. Also, I have a very long-run LiPo battery in mine. The price can be lowered if I keep the controller and the battery. The photo gallery has good pics.
