my .02 is don't dump all moderator duties on the webmaster.
IMHO, the webmaster should be responsible for the maintenance, enhancment, care, feeding and operations of the website.
Perhaps distribute moderation responsibilites to all the club officers.
Perhaps the trailmaster should moderate trail runs and gatherings.
btw, I think Fred does a great job keeping the site thriving.

My brother in law is going on 12 days.
My sister is closing on 30 years.
