Offline my .02 is don't dump all moderator duties on the webmaster.
IMHO, the webmaster should be responsible for the maintenance, enhancment, care, feeding and operations of the website.
Perhaps distribute moderation responsibilites to all the club officers.
Perhaps the trailmaster should moderate trail runs and gatherings.
btw, I think Fred does a great job keeping the site thriving.

My sister is closing on 30 years.

I think no matter what topic we start off on, we go sideways. sometimes we even get back to where we were started.
