What get's me is trying to figure out how the players bought into a system like that. Would they been so "yippie skippie" if there were bounties on them. $1000 for each Saint that got carted off the field? I wonder how the rest of the teams in the NFL feel about now ... knowing what they know?
Let's just all hope the NFLPA doesn't water down the suspensions and fines these players should be getting. They should at least equal what the team and coaches received as they were complicit and not "victimized" in any way. :soapbox:

I really don't see the problem with what they did. Football has been corrupt for so long, adding a kitty to win when you hurt another player would actually make football worth watching again. It is a game, let’s make it interesting and make these over paid players earn their money!!!!!!!!!

I see nothing wrong with it as long as it's done within the play and with legal hits. It would just encourage the players to give full effort and hit hard; It's football after all. But outside the play clock or with illegal hits is a big no-no and should be punished severely.
Ya, I'm excited to see what our new Green Bay QB will do for us. Gotta be better than last year. With SF playing well, we may actually turn the NFC West into a good division.

I agree too as long as it is done following the current play rules. You know as well as me that if all the bleeding heart Democrats trying to take over this work had their way they would outlaw football if they could. If your a wussy and afraid to get hurt, take up basket weaving not football. 👿
