My first several attempts were less than 1 second. I did work up to one 10 second game, but more consistently get 9 seconds. It's all my computer's fault though. The touchpad gets sweaty and my fingers start sticking to it. Yeah, that's it, that's my excuse.

make a window the active window
hold down the ALT key and press printscrn and it will capture just a window.
then open MSPAINT, paste it in and save it off as a JPG.
then you can upload the file.
printscrn is often on the function key row above the insert, delete keys.

in paint, goto the image menu to attributes and set the width and height really small (like 80 x 80)
when you paste small windows in it won't have a white background.

It's a lot easier with my marble trackball at work instead of the touchpad on the laptop. I managed to get 17.634. I didn't bother with a picture since it wasn't a top score at this point.
17 seconds never seemed so long.
