Excerpt from the order:
"Until such time as the Forest Service completes supplemental environmental analysis
pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (“NEPA”) as provided above,
public wheeled motorized vehicle use of a route listed in Table A that intersects a
meadow shall be prohibited or limited as described in Table B attached to and
incorporated into this Order. All other portions of the Forest Service’s decision,
including the parts of the 42 routes that do not intersect meadows, remain in effect."
I'll contact Kathy and Lester at the Forest Service this week and get more detail. Barrett is closed, Strawberry is essentially closed until the Forest Service turns in their Supplemental Environmental Analysis, and the Judge reviews it, then issues his findings, then appeals are made....

This ruling was to communicate "how" the trails would be closed (portions of the trails, or the entire trails) until the Environmental Analysis has been submitted. Nothing has changed since the initial ruling in March other than some portions of the trails have been opened up. (admittedly an optimistic view I know)
I fully anticipate being able to perform the Fall Maintenance Run, and will be working with the Ranger's of the ENF for confirmation.
