Java Cowboy sent this to me as well. I'm not sure how good of a change this is. Before change - "always open". After change - "may be closed when conditions warrant". This is a county road and it is supposed to be open and accessable all the time. Now that is not the case. I see us on the road to a "seasonal road closure"...
