I received this email from Jason Nedlo this afternoon regarding the ENF Route Designation appeal letters.

We have received several requests for the original appeal letters of all 28
appellants. We have posted those letters, along with the corresponding
appeal decision letter from the Deputy Regional Forester, on our website.
