Since I'm logged into the site for the first time in years I thought I'd share my new ride.  I know this isn't the typical rig posted here but it's what I've got after selling the TJ a couple years ago.  I picked up this 1995 Geo Tracker this past summer as a light-weight 4x4 to tow behind our RV.  With only a 3000 lb towing capacity on the RV there aren't many options.  My goals are to keep it running and keep it light, so rock crawling will be out of the question.

It's all stock except for a 2" spacer lift, Warn hubs, LT235/75r15 Big O Bigfoot AT tires, chrome wheels and SnugTop hard top.

Great to see you back here, Fred.

I hope you and your lovely wife are doing great.

We miss you both.

I used to wheel a lot. . .

If I can't build it, then it's something that should be bought.

I've seen pics of several nicely built Trackers/Sidekicks.  Someday maybe.

Curb weight should be about 2,400 lbs or likely 2,500 with the tow bar and slightly bigger tires.  That leaves ~500lbs to add bigger tires, winch, armor, and SAS/toyota axles.  I think it could be done plus working with aluminum could keep the armor weights down.
