I bought a 1975 Ford F-250 Super-cab Short bed. It’s got a crappy home built long bed flatbed on back that will be going away. I plan on putting a factory short bed back on it. It is a 2wd truck, but I will be putting Super Duty axles under it. A previous owner had put a 6 cylinder Perkins diesel in it. I will most likely be pulling the diesel out and putting in a 460, 4R100 automatic and a 203/205 transfer case/doubler. I have no idea how long this will take me to build, but I welcome comments or suggestions.

Looks like a fun project Rich! Not sure if I can add much input on the build, but if it is going to be a wheeler you gotta keep the color, it’s rad!Aldo, I can’t put my finger on it but there seems to be something weird about the trailer
I thought the fourth wheel was an extra!
Four of the five wheel studs sheared and that wheel departed the trailer about 45 miles from my destination. Not my trailer. I drove it on three wheels to Jackson airport.

I’m glad to see you made it home safe Rich. The truck is going to be an awesome foundation for starting out a four-wheel-drive project and as always,I’m happy to see somebody enjoying the full-size truck life with me and Brent LOL
Don't forget Rufus!
Oh yeah, Sorry Rufus.
