Here is my thread to post the progress of my rig.

1991 Toyota 4runner with the 3.0 3vze motor and automatic transmission

Front SAS - axle from a 1983 Toyota pickup - axle has been trussed and knuckle gusseted

air conditioning 

35” x 12.50 r15 Patagonia tires

long travel drive shaft in front

spartan lockers front and rear

rear suspension stock with longer coils and spacers

rough country 9000 lb winch

exterior of truck is raptor lined

MORRflate inflation kit with compressor

CB radio and beofung hand held radio

*parts being shipped to me now.. trail gear flat pitman arm… ruff stuff speciality toyota IFS frame support… and trail gear 6 shooter knuckles*

Last weekend I got the knuckles gusseted, here are some pics. I still need to circle back to add a nut to the rear steering stoppers and weld those in.

not my welds.. Tyler from My off Road Radio helped me out with the install 🙂

I will eventually , 3.0 is running really good right now, my goal to come across a sweet deal on a donor vehicle to save on cost.

Parts have been delivered :)! 
lots of upgrades coming up this month.

Just finished replacing my fuel injectors today woo! Huge difference and runs super well now.

Getting 5.29 gears installed this next week.

adding my parts to my front axle starting sunday.

I also bought a donor 2nd gen with a 3.4L 5vzfe engine and a manual transmission today, all i need is the ECU and harness for the engine swap….

Yup and just in time for WFF!

6 shooter knuckles came in today. Just waiting on my studs to come in and my gears to finish for reassembly!

Haha! I drive like a grandma so im never gonna send it . Im basically beefing up my front for 38-40s.  If I put my ram assist on it would probably rip my stock steering arms off.

 

I honestly cant wait to do my 3.4 swap after WFF!
