The Spring Maintenance Run is coming up fast; Saturday October 16th.
Since this is the fall run, and we can cover the trail from both sides, I suggest we meet at the gas station/Subway in Pollock Pines. We can split up from there and run the trail from both sides. Meet at 830am and leave by 9am.
Remember that you can ride with other members and only need to bring some gloves and a garbage bag. Other helpful items are shovels, rakes, loppers, a chainsaw, pry bars and pruning shears. For members/active prospects - maintenance run attendance is a requirement under our by-laws, so if you did not make the spring run, you should plan to attend this one.
Has anybody been out there in a while? Anything we need to focus on? More rocks at V-Rock? Bypasses?
Can I get a count of who is in?

Prospect status or not, no way I can make this run. My wife's Due date is Oct 19th and I can't be that far away, if she's just had the baby I also won't make it.

When Kevin, Rick and I were there and cleaned out the culvert a couple months ago, the trail looked very good. Only a little new growth to trim back.

At this point I am out. This would also mean I have missed both this year. so i guess my fate is in the hands of the officers.
But i have waited 8 years for an opportunity to do something, and it comes available this weekend. Bad timing..
I would like the officers to make a decision on weather they are going to hold to the bylaws and boot me out, (if you do no hard feelings, they are the bylaws and I am making the decision to not show up on Saturday), if you do decided to, please advise as soon as you can. Thanks.
