The spring maintenance run is right around the corner.
Remember to bring gloves, shovels, pruners, loppers, and friends if you wish. wink

Need to get a head count.

Larry-Cole - We will need to catch a ride at the trail. My jeep won't be put back together by then.

I'll be there for the run. I'm not sure if I'll have an open seat or not yet.

I should have an open seat unless Teddi changes her mind at the last minute, but I doubt it. Don should have an open seat too. His buddy from work has other obligations for Saturday.

I wish I had a big chainsaw..... I can try to borrow one. Does any one have a saw with a 20" or larger bar? If so can I borrow it?

How big of a saw do we really need? I doubt the FS is going to let us just cut trees down. May want to get some clarification on that one.

I'm a maybe at this point. I have a fever of 101+ and a cough that feels like it's tearing my chest apart from the inside. 🙁

It's not the swine flu. My whole family has what Keane is describing. They went to the doctor, who said this is the most common flu going around currently. It lasts about 2 eeks and and is contageous for most of the early days.

Both my kids had the flu...one with the coughing...the other with the vomiting.

Besides, isn't the PIG FLU just a flu [with good media]?

PIG FLU
😯

Before this year, I hadn't been sick for years. This is the second time I've been sick so far this year. I'm going to the doctor in hopes of getting something for the cough. I haven't seen a doctor in years. 🙁

Sorry to hear you're sick. I'd suggest staying home. No sense in making it worse for yourself or sharing it with others.

Brad the saw would be great.

We just had H1N1 training. They said that the hospitals arn't testing for the Swine flue until the pts are admitted into the hospital. This is because of the high percentage of people testing positive for H1N1 and the treatment is is the same as the common flu. We also learned that infected person is contageous 24 hours prior to getting symptoms throught 24 hours after the fever breaks. Just FYI

I think Fred's got the right idea on this one. I'm sorry to bail, but I'm still really dragging. Sorry. 🙁

Don't worry about it Keane. It's not like we always have a ton of work to do anyways. Get better.

I'll take an open seat if one is available for me. I just found out the previous owner used a '69 Ford F100 FRONT axle for the REAR of my TJ. Its a HP44 with OX locker but the seller neglected to mention the gears are all chewed up as well. It turns out my Jeep wont be fixed until Tuesday so I wont be taking it on the trail but if anyone has an open seat I'd still love to join the group and help with the maintenance.
