Got to the campsite that overlooks Capels Friday at 4:00pm and it was pretty dry, by 10:00pm there was about 6 inches of snow on the ground. Went and wheeled from 11:00pm until about 1:00pm, the snow never let up. Made it pretty far down the trail, but had a hell of a time making it back to camp. Went to bed and woke up to about a foot of snow. Only had a cellphone camera.

OfflineThose pictures look like they are from the 88 side? If so, how far did you get? Did you run from 88 to 50, or just part of the way. Coming from the 88 direction should get you across the water fairly easily.
How many rigs were there? It looks like several... Good photos from a cell phone!

Yep we went in from the 88 side, there were 4 rigs, two with trailers, and a quad and motorcycle. I'm really not sure how far down the trail we got, I was following a quad, and the snow was coming down pretty hard. There were a couple of drops on the way down that were pretty hard to get back up on the way back up to the camp. I don't think we got as far a squeeze Rock, it was hard to tell where we were because of the weather conditions and it being dark. Good Times 🙂
