It was a fun day. We had a total of 13 vehicles (2 full-size trucks, 5 JKUs, 2 JKs, 3 TJs, and 1 XJ). We met in Georgetown and headed up Wentworth Springs Rd not knowing what to expect. Snow and ice appeared on the road before reaching Stumpy Meadows. After airing down a little ways past Stumpy Meadows we continued on Wentworth Springs Rd and made it all the way to Ice House Rd with little issue. Continuing on Ice House Rd and back on to Wentworth Springs Rd we hit the snow again and continued on for a ways with some vehicles getting stuck here and there (myself included). We all stopped for lunch at a large clearing (intersection), had some of Darrell's good chili, and hung out for a little while. After lunch, we continued up Wentworth Springs and ended up with a small gap in the group. The front group (myself, Dan, Greg, Jeff, Guy and Lynda, Jason and Rob) hit some deeper soft wet snow about 300yds further up the road. At around 1:45pm, Dan in his unstoppable truck continued on and end up helping some buggies and Toyotas further up, while the rest of the front group began strapping, winching, and digging ourselves out to get turned around. The rear group (Darrell & Jill, Gil & Betty, Justin+, Josh+, Bret+, Chris+, Shawn) ended up turning around and waited for the front group to dig ourselves out. We were out of the snow and airing up around 6pm (I think).
If anyone wants to add more details, feel free.
This was a true snow run with less than ideal snow. Hopefully, it was fun for all.

Thanks for the update and I'm glad everyone made it home safe!
My jeep is in the shop and I probably get it back until later this week. At least I'll be ready for our next snow run!
