Except that two of my staff found full time jobs and resined, and another one's wife just had a baby. So with all that, I have to work and can't go. even if my Suzuki was running.
Who else (officer-wise) is planning on attending the run? My wife isn't going. Greg or Kevin can either of you make it? I believe I will be the only chainsaw person on the run.
Also, with the lunch proposal I think we should at least post what people can bring to help out. It sounds like the meat and bread are covered, plus some basic condiments. Anything else suggested we should bring? Any thoughts anyone?

Any consideration to the big rain storm that came through Friday night - Saturday? There was 1 1/2" of rain up in the Pollock Pines area. Not sure if it snowed on the trail or rained, but we will be having a warm week. If it did snow on the trail, it will be wet and muddy by Saturday.

I'm not seeing any concern over the recent percipitation. Best case we will have snow in the upper portion of the trail. But the Spring maintenance run isn't focused on getting across the entire trail. We maintain the trail as far as we can go and manage the difference during the fall run.
At a minimum, the trail should have a lot less dust up there!

You can ride with me on the trail but I won't be coming back to Roseville afterwards. We can caravan to Fresh Pond in the morning. Will that work for you?

Yes, I meant To say Brad. Brad, I will take you up on a seat if it is still available. I have loppers I'll bring. I have a long pry bar. I'll bring it, but it may be too long to fit safely in/on a Jeep. Any other tools that might be useful? Any suggestions for what other food might be needed?
