Staging begins at 8AM at Coloma and Sutter st. Once at the far end of Sutter st, you can depart. Parade starts at 930.You need to register using the parade form (below). The fee is waived - so there is no cost to our club.

Brad - this form is kind generic that could apply to the entire club's participation. Do you read it this way, or will each of us need to complete?

The Parade committee has registered us and we can meet at the location above between 8 and 820.
We only need a couple open top vehicles now. I think Kevin, Jamie and Kris have the nicest/newest/cleanest offerings - so those 3 can cover. I will still borrow the silver TJ, and remove the top.
Others can participate in the parade as part of the club representation - no need to remove your top if you can't or just don't want to. But you are still welcome in the group for the parade.
I do need a final count of vehicles by Friday - Buck, will you be able to make it? Also - Everyone please be sure to have club decals on your vehicle, even if just magnets.
Do we have a banner or any interest in some vehicle decorating? Not required, just curious.
I think we have 7 vehicles so far.

Let's do this! Bumping the thread up and we know we have enough vehicles.I am hoping we have the 5 confirmed "topess" vehicles soon.
Kevin - 2012 White Jeep JKU
Brad - 2011 Silver Jeep JK (or unlikely, a Bronco)
Guy - (hopefully) 2020 White Jeep Gladiator
Kris - 2019(?) Jeep JLU Green
Gil - 2005 White Jeep TJ
Please confirm, and post if others are making it to ensure we are covered!
Buck is a maybe but I do have his info above. Thanks!

Here is a summary to catch everyone up:
The Parade committee has registered us and we can meet at the staging location above between 815 and 835 (Coloma and Sutter St). The Parade starts at 930. Once you are past Scott's on the far end of Sutter St., you can depart.
We only need a couple open top vehicles now. Kevin, Jamie and Kris have the nicest/newest/cleanest offerings - so those 3 can cover.
Others can participate in the parade as part of the club representation - no need to remove your top if you can't or just don't want to. But you are still welcome in the group for the parade.
Please run club decals, and if we have door magnets lets be sure those get used as well.
I have us reserved for 7 vehicles. If we are 6,7,8,9 it's fine. If we are larger I we may need to update our count. Everything else is in place and ready to go.
I am handing coordination of any late updates to Guy and Lynda. Please post here if you have changes.
Kevin, Jamie, Kris, Gil, Guy, Brad, Buck are who I have currently.
Be sure to smile and waive! You are in a parade!!!!

One last update. We are identified by our club name. We are group 47 and will stage in the 845 timeframe this portion of the group is standby for transporting others should the need arise. So for us it is just a fun group waiving in the parade. See everyone Saturday.
Kris will be leaving earlier and driving a city person and fam.

Love the idea of a club flag and portable boulder!! Hahaha!
This sounds like a new club tradition! Gives us a reason to clean our rigs anyway huh?? Yeah!
I’m glad we were able to represent the partnership with The Forest Service.
Thanks for the support, guys. It looks like it was a successful day for everyone!
