There was a mention of possibly needing some but none of the higher-ups nor USFS LEOs have made too much of an issue. I have reached out to kyle (the USFS recreation officer) to see if there has been any more discussion about it but haven't heard anything yet. Kyle is in summer planning mode right now so I already have a meeting with him and the sierra foothill overlanders to discuss our summer patrol areas.
