Ok! For the Sunday/Monday group we will be meeting in Georgetown at 8 and leaving at 830. You can also plan to meet us at the air down location at 9. We'll air down at the loon dam restrooms.
Please post up here to confirm you'll be on is run so we look out for you.
So far it sounds like:
Don plus passenger
Brad plus Tom
Rick
I don't recall who else.

An alternative might be to catch a ride as a navigator/photog/historian for the trip.

I can't confirm the seat yet until I hear back from a friend, but I like having a cameraman with me!
Hello camera man! Please confirm you are a "sure thing" for the trip and I'll hold the PS for you. Bring gear, supplies and your camera for the trip and we'll meet at my house, and then return back here the next day.
Barring anything unforeseen, I am a "sure thing". I'll meet up at your place on Sunday morning for the drive to Georgetown. What time?

They even sell stretch arms. "wink wink";-)
Yup, I'm debating what to do. If I put money into it, then it will be nice to have it drivable on the road again. But a street legal stretch takes a good amount of money. So, stretch and trailer queen or road friendly again? Decisions, decisions...
I used to wheel a lot. . .

9am give or take, we will be at Loon campgrounds Thursday evening. Our schedule (which is loose) goes like this. Friday leave Loon at 9 run to Buck via Old Sluice, camp at Buck. Saturday we leave camp setup at Buck and run to the Springs and sometimes Cadillac, run Big Sluice uphill back to camp, have some lunch and then run Old Sluice uphill and depending on our pace back down Old Sluice or Indian Trail. Sunday am we head out via Indian Trail and Loon. It has worked for us for 10+ years and you get to run a bunch of sections both directions, only setup camp once and the trailer Queens end up back at there trailers. Mark

I'm still working on the logistics, but I'd like to make the Sun/Mon run if you've got room for 1 more. Already pre-booked the weekend camping with the fam at sly park, but its looking like I may be able to cut out Sun morning to make the run. I would likely meet up at loon dam restrooms at 9:00am (I believe that was the last set time) so that I don't have to back track to Georgetown...however I could use some help on exactly where that is 😕

Drive up hwy 50
Turn left at riverton just after you cross the river on the hwy
Drive about 30 miles until you see the wentworth springs road on your left side drive another 2-3 miles and you will see a right turn that says loon lake. Drive to the end of that road. I'll bearing down at the restrooms just before the spillway.
