It was great. Great weather and the snag is gone. What a thump! The tree broke in half between the base and the snag and it all came crashing down. A little bit of trail cleanup and we were done.

And just to be clear, it was one of these nuts. mr-green

Low range is SWEEEEEEEEEEET!

It was a great trail to try it out on and get a feel for things. On the easy parts I would put it in mid-range (2.44:1) and in the rocky areas I would drop it to low-range (4.29:1). It's nice to feel in control going over the rocks and not have to play with the clutch.

I went through the one rocky area on the way back that most drive around and made it through with no problem. I think Bob has it on video.

With 40's, driving up the middle is like driving over pebbles 😀

Ya, the difference between last year's Little Sluice run with 37s and this year's trip with 40s was a big difference. Where we struggled to get over the first obstacle with 37s, you just walked right over with the 40s.

I used to wheel a lot. . .
