Due to a location closure, our club meetings are moving!
New Location: Round Table Pizza 8822 Madison Ave, Fair Oaks, CA - (5 signals and about 2 miles from our previous meeting location) On the Southwest Corner of Madison and Hazel.
The restaurant is located behind the Dave's Hot Chicken restaurant, at the end of the Raley's shopping center.
DATE: WEDNESDAY the 9th.
We will resume our normal Thursday meeting days at the May meeting, and going forward. This new location will be our 2025 meeting location (and hopefully longer).
Items up for discussion include Officer Updates, Recent Runs/Events and upcoming Runs/Events so bring your calendar!
We will continue discussion on the 2025 run schedules. New attendees are welcome and will be recognized.
Bring a couple bucks for raffle tickets, $1 each and first prize is half the pot! Raffle donations are always appreciated, big or small if you have something fun bring it in!
Location: The meetings are held in the group meeting room at Round Table Pizza 8822 Madison Avenue, Fair Oaks, CA. Where Madison Ave and Hazel Ave cross. Phone # 916-962-2700.
The meeting starts at 7:30PM, we have the room starting at 6:30 PM.

Something interesting Brian, Google always routed me up Hazel (driving right past the new location) and then down Madison to the old location and it was noticeably quicker than winding my way through Folsom, but I was already on 50 coming down the hill. I am betting if you jump on the freeway it will be more mileage but wort case a wash on time.

Yeah, the ol'google machine says that route is a minute faster from my house ... not really material and probably all comes down to traffic at the time and the sequence of green/red lights ...

Well darn. High school soccer finally finished and I have Thursday nights free again. I was planning on making it to my first meeting in months and also paying my annual dues. I haven't been on the group page in a while and just saw the notification today. Guess I'll try to make it next month.

I definitely prefer the last round table we used to go to for the meetings, this one was a little small. Any thoughts of the one in Granite Bay we used to go to many years ago? Or even trying to find another pizza joint like mountain Mike's pizza... Just my 2 cents

Granite bay is SMALLER than this location. Mountain Mikes don't have party rooms, unless you know of a location that does.

Mountain Mikes in Gold River on 2220 Gold Springs Ct has a party room. Seats 55 folks. I obtained this info by phone, I have never been to this Mountain Mikes so cannot describe what the room is like.

The Gold River Mountain Mikes' is in a strip mall, and the "room" is a portion of their dinning area that is segregated off by a glass wall. Technically could work, but does not have long tables like we are used to (all 4 top rounds). I work in the same strip mall and have had lunch there before.
