Mount mods done. Box not here so I put on Sue's spare 3.25 extreme bla bla bla bla. Not as much power but it will do. Got to get a ground fault checked and remove a resistor in the wire harness and try a diff. 137 amp alt. Dam dodge TSB's. Will know more tomorrow.

Made myself a promise to always be as prepared as possible and NOT the weakest link. Folks might be OK with it one time so you get a taste, but get tired of being slowed down real quick, in my experience.
My dad did a lot in the outdoors being born/raised in Minnesota (read that as REAL cold and LOTSA snow) and I was ASM in a Boy Scout Troop for years so "be prepared" has been almost a mantra.
That said, I am REALLY looking forward to it!!

Being as prepared as possible doesn't mean you won't be the weakest link. Someone has to be the weakest link otherwise everyone just dumps money into their rigs so they can look at them in the garage. 😀

Plus you never know if you are the weakest link until you get out there. I broke a rear trackbar bracket on a logging road. I didn't think there would be a need for the weakest link theory there, but lo and behold - I was the weakest link...

Gold Hills Posse members do not drive over the gate posts. The gate is there for a reason.
Good point.
If I recall there was a lock box on one of the posts that your tire must fit under. I think a 38 fit, but am not sure if a 40 fits under it. I know my 37" toyos fit under it with some room to spare.

It was not intended to be a recommendation, but I guess somebody might try it.

Problem seems fixed but have not completed all the TSB's yet. I have tomorrow off so so they will get done including the drive monitor test. George, what is the latest you will take a reservation for Sat.? If you want to, or have changed plans, no problem. Kind of iffy when someone's junk is junk. Torque converter was sometimes un- locking when it was not supposed to.
