Our next club meeting will be held Thursday, December 12th.
Items up for discussion include the club’s recent Runs, and other trips/events. We will also be discussing 2014 officer nominations!! New attendees are welcome and will be recognized!
The meetings are held at Round Table Pizza, 8755 Sierra College Blvd. # B, Roseville Ca. – South of Douglas Blvd. On East side of Sierra College Blvd.

This meeting formally opens the nomination for officer positions. The 2014 positions up for election include:
President
Vice-President
Sec/Treasurer (2-yr committment)
Trailmaster
Any member or prospect may nominate peers for a position, or multiple positions. I do ask that you please speak with them to verify interest before nominating. Forms will be at the meeting, or you can PM me directly with nominations. I willl collect names until 12/22, and then begin calling interested parties to fill out voting sheets for the January meeting. The hope is to open voting on 1/1, via PM to me (or possibly Kevin) and allow for final voting at the January meeting, where the winners will be announced.
This is every member or prospect's chance to contribute to the club's direction, and related activities. If you choose not to run, thats fine, but please don't complain when acitivities and events are set up that do not interest you. Anyone can propose and lead events or runs, but officers will set up some of the larger events ahead of time.

I revised your meeting date - which John was referencing in his post. That's what he was talking about.
It said 14th when I was looking at it so I changed it to 12th and added the link to the calendar event with map.

Thanks for those of you who made the meeting tonight. Several things came out of the meeting. One item is that nominations for the 2014 officer team are open! Please PM me your nominations for Pres, VP, Treasurer, Trailmaster. Nominations will be open for two weeks. I'll summarize the names and then post them back. You will then be able to vote on line, or at the January meeting!
