We were in a tight spot on the trail. There was a large group coming up. They were able to get all but one vehicle, already in the obstacle in front of Josh, out of the way. Josh tried to move to the side but the ground was soft and his Jeep slid to the side. We first tried winching from behind, but that wasn’t going to work. While still connected in back, Josh used his winch on a side tree and was able to get positioned where he could get out. The first Jeep then parked on the uphill side of Josh and we all squeezed by.
Josh, please fill in anything I missed.

Kevin’s comments are correct above. We had six Jeeps coming up the trail while we were going down. The ground I adjusted to was soft. The winches did their job. Then we moved forward. I call it a day in the Jeep on a trail with a little winch training.
