My rear locker is being finicky.

it leaks on the trail but works fine at home.  I've checked from the manifold all the way back to the rare diff.  No leaks.   I've even replaced the blue line with braeded steel.

Any thoughts anyone?

Internal leak at a seal? Get both rear tires off the ground and spin them while locked?

I'm not convinced on these ARB locker things.  Jeff's having trouble with his also and can't seem to find a leak.

Wish I could make this run but unfortunately I have some prior engagements...(I hate work)

Um...what?

I've run ARBs on my last 4 jeeps. They've proven extremely reliable.  This is my first real problem.

I'm now speaking to G2, ARB and 4wheelparts on this as I need it fixed before fordyce or I'll be testing out my winch quite a bit!

Oh, I forgot to mention that BFG is hosing 4wheelparts.  They have more than 500 orders for their tires on back order from 35, 37, and up sets!

It might have a crack in the steel and at higher levels it would have greater pressure then show itself. Just a little thought.

After speaking with 4 wheelparts, 4wheelparts tech support line, G2 tech support and ARB tech services, I got the answers I was looking for.  It's close to your thoughts Kevin.

Unfortunately 4Wheelparts is tied up with Jamboree vehicles so I can;'t get it in the shop until August 8th.  But they will have the parts and it should take 1-2 days.

If you are recording I'll add you two to my vehicle count!

Just pack light since there will be 4 of us.

My winch is working and my locker should be good to go.  This is an awesome run.
