I have posted a Fordyce run on the calendar for Sunday, June 8th. This may be the only chance to run Fordyce this year. Talking with Forestry up here in Tahoe, there is another move to shut the forest down again very soon. I will lead this run. It is open to all with a few vehicle requirements. Minimum of 33 inch tires and at least one locker.

I am not gearing this to be a speed run. This is open to all skill levels. We will take our time and get everyone through safe and sound and have fun doing it. Plan to be on the trail all day long.

If you donÒ€ℒt meet the vehicle requirements but would still like to go, post up and we will see if we can find seats for those that want to attend.

I have changed the requirments to 33 inch tires and no winch. This way most everyone in the club should be able to attend.

Kind of, I guess. πŸ™ But I've got a good excuse for this one. I'll be on my way back from a week long out of state run.

My on-call schedule sucks! I'm backup on-call for a week, primary on-call for a week, then off for three weeks. Then the cycle starts again. So basically, 40% of my weekends are tied up being on-call. Some years, like last year work out great. Others like this year don't work out so good for making runs. But we're adding another guy to the rotation so there will be more time between being on-call.

I think you should keep the winch requirement. I'll have one by then, and so should anyone else.

Sounds like Tom had a good experience yesterday!!! πŸ˜€

I will plan for this trip, but it makes 4 weeks of runs in a row, and the boss may be tired of watching the troop...

This run is the 4th in a row for me. It's the last of the four.

It's got a spool in the rear with nearly 100% transfer of power to the rear wheel. The front is open however...

It is a 26" M/T however... 8)
