I would very much like to check out this trail but don't feel I have the experience to drive such a difficult trial myself. If anyone going had an extra seat for a passenger I would enjoy coming along...I am pretty good at spotting.....

Well shoot. Found a coolant leak too big to ignore while test driving the 4Runner around the neighborhood this morning. I am going to have to skip this run unfortunately.

I wish it was something like that but it’s coming down back side of block down transmission bell housing. I’m pretty sure it’s one or both of those cross over pipes that go around back side of the block (one ultimately connects to heater house and other to bedside of intake manifold). I won’t have time to dig into it during week with work schedule so I’ll have to wait till next weekend to get into it.

Glad to hear I am not the only person who is doing their maintenance last minute! My steering has been off for a while, wandering and not returning to center, so I dialed in the toe which made that better but made it start wanting to death wobble. Well it turns out I need ball joints. Fortunately I was able to get an appointment at CloakWorks tomorrow so I should still be in! I would have preferred to do it myself, but I want to wheel so mechanic it is!
Looks like a good chance we could have rain & possibly snow in the afternoon, so top has to stay on

The weather doesn't appear to be on our side Saturday. It looks like it could come down on our way up the hill. It's only Wednesday and anything can happen in that area but want to make people aware. It could be wet and wild and not just at the waterfall.
