Would it be prudent to go through the members list and send emails to each person who is not a regular attender of meetings or the forum?
Actually, ARE there members who don't attend meetings or frequent the forum?

Offline Anyone you bring counts towards the club count for this event. It's not about formal membership here, but rather attendance at the charity run. They just need to sign in under our club!
That includes kids, neighbors, friends, etc.

Offline Last time I let Brad buy my raffle tickets ... 
I still find it funny that we come so close to winning participation every year, yet we always outnumber everybody sitting at the raffle. Our club is there for FULL participation!!!

It does start to feel a bit sketchy. It's also bad when they call the winning club and there's no one there to accept the award. 🙄 Remember it's for a good cause though. I hope they all bring gifts when signing in.

Offline Ya, they took a picture of the club that won the participation award and I think there were six people in it.
The other frustrating part is the way they keep forgetting to mention the Posse when thanking clubs for coming and participating. We've had a very strong presence for 9 years now and we are still an unknown club?

Maybe a couple of us need to attend the meetings of other clubs just to say "hello". Kind of a meet and introduce with no agenda other than face-to-face.

Seems that way. They know who we are. Like Keane said, it is a good cause....
