Reed and I swapped the coils today. 250/250 in the front and 200/200 in the rear as suggested. Its less of a rake but still a rake. 9" in front now and 11" in rear. It still appears to me that 9" is too much let alone the 11". I am going to email them again and see what they say. It almost seems like it should be 200/200 in the front and possible 150/200 in the rear or 150/150. Its nice that it is adjustable as I try to dial this in, but this is a pain in the $*(%&(.

you put these on a 2 door or 4 door. The number you are saying sounds like what my friend ken used on his 4 door. Is your adjuster set all the way to the top both front and rear? Did you wait till the jeep was on all 4 wheels before you torqued down the suspension?
I picked this up through a search on how to adjust the coil overs. I believe you adjust them with no weight on them.
Most coilovers 1 full turn of the adjustment collar = 1/8in of lift, up or down depending on whether you're tightening or loosening.
As for how much collar YOU will need exposed, that depends on how much weight is riding on them. If you have 1in of lift now and are going for 2.5", give the collar approximately 12 turns, put the truck on the ground, drive a few miles, then re-measure on a flat surface.
Repeat until you have your desired ride height.

The other problem I have encountered is the front drive line is too long. I have moved the front axle all around and get the drive line to be short enough to fit. In the rear I see splines but in the front fully compressed and still need an inch to get it to fit. Probably going to have order a new one I guess and swap this out.Huck
Could shafts are switched?
I don't remember if this is even possible.

The shafts are in the right spots. The rear is roughly 24" from the axle to the transfer case and the front is roughly 35". The problem is the front drive shaft fully compressed is also roughly 35" so there isn't room enough to make it line up and seat. It should be a couple of inches shorter than 35" to fit properly. I will call Northridge 4x4 where I got the shaft in the morning to see what's up. No way to reverse the shafts.
So here is what is left at this point.
1) Front drive shaft
2) Adjust coils to sit lower than currently 9" in front and 11" in rear.
3) Install rear swaybar. Thier was supposed to be a relocatino bracket but it wasn't in my kit.
4) Install factory wiring harness to active electric lockers.
5) Recalibrate ECU for 5.38 gears so Speedo Works.
6) Decide what I am going to do about the exhaust and front sway bar dislocation. I would like to have the factory swaybar disco but I haven't found one yet. I also have the muffler out but haven't decided if its going back in or a replacement.
