Sat June 27th.

Meet at the Kyburz 76 station at 8:30 am, leave for the trail about 9am.

We will be meeting the other club on the trail about 9:30 am at the washout area.

What to bring:

-Lunch

-Water

-Shovel

-Gloves

-Loppers/hedge clippers

-Chainsaw (if certified)

This will be more of a follow them along and see how they do things which making repairs as necessary. I will have a sign-in-sheet and we will see how the day goes. The other club will be camping out there for the weekend hence the odd starting point.

Thanks!

With you, Brian and myself attending we just need one of them to show up for our run to be official!

I can bring your requested gear. I’ll bring my smaller saw unless the large one is needed.

I have just the one saw so I’ll bring that and shovel and loppers if I can remember all that.
Jerry said he’s planning to go too, so if we all make it we should have enough to count it as a run.

No worries Kris.  I'll pack both saws regardless.  Just please bring gas if yours is fresh.  I think my gas is old.

I am going tomorrow and I'm bringing Richard with me (new prospect Kelly and I met at Hollister Molina Ghost Run).

Great!  Just be sure to bring the applicable tools and some gloves for the maintenance.

If you don't have any tools gloves and a trash bag are fine.

No need to bring a chainsaw unless you are currently USFS certified.

I agree!  Lots of fun and great results for all the work put in!

Now we can do a group run up the trail to check it al out since we only made it up 1/3 before stopping to do the cutting and clearing.
